Meet Gabriela Guzman
Hi there! My name is Gabriela Guzman, or Gaby for short, and I am currently a Senior at the University of San Diego studying Business Administration and Supply Chain Management. I enjoy the structure and strategy behind how products move from sourcing and manufacturing to delivery and customer satisfaction. In my internship this past summer, I had the opportunity to tour manufacturing plants, analyze performance data, and present findings to management. That experience and my education in Supply Chain Management helped me solidify my appreciation for this field and working across teams to optimize operations. I also loved my time spent working in marketing and land acquisition as it has made me a well-rounded business professional, having the experience of understanding how a product is developed, produced, and presented to enhance value to consumers. I cannot wait to build my career and all the experience to come!
Some More About Me!
I am a Southern California native and grew up ten minutes from Disneyland! In my free time, I love to do yoga, go on beach walks, collect records, and bake. I enjoy most of my summers in Newport Beach and I would spend all day everyday there if I could. I serve as the VP of Marketing Analytics for the Women in Business club at USD and am also an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. I am a huge foodie and love trying new food. During the school year, I work as a pastry chef assistant where I've learned to make and bake almost every pastry you can think of, but crème brûlée is hands down my favorite thing I have mastered. I love to travel, and spent a semester living in Prague, Czech Republic, where I traveled all around Europe. I am also fluent in Spanish, which has been a tremendous benefit in my travels and work. After I graduate, I am excited to see where I will end up and grow!
